John Herzler, Jr.
Our lead Technician and Performance Specialist is John Herzler Jr. John graduated from Georgia State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He has been working on high-line European cars since 1994 and has been factory trained in German auto repair since 1997. In 2004, he started the predecessor company to RS Motorwerks.
John has spent significant time honing his skills at various premier dealerships and shops in the metro Atlanta area. John has earned a reputation among his peers for outstanding work with ethics beyond reproach.
Rob Wishen
Rob Wishen started his automotive career in 1969 and has held numerous positions in the Atlanta automotive community.
Over the years he has attended numerous Mercedes Benz factory training sessions and worked at many of the Mercedes Dealerships, including Mercedes Benz of Buckhead, before founding Wishen Motors.
After selling his business interest and namesake, Rob founded German Autowerks in 2004, which he successfully owned and operated prior to joining our German auto repair shop, RS Motorwerks, in 2012. Rob is a meticulous perfectionist, the type of person you can trust to take care of your vintage or late model Mercedes Benz.
John Herzler, Sr.
After a corporate career spanning 35 years working with Fortune 1000 clients, John Herzler, Sr. joined the day-to-day operation of RS Motorwerks in 2010. Senior’s focus is on customer sales and service.
He has been active with the Porsche Club participating in Driver’s Education events at Road Atlanta. He also serves as an instructor with the local Tire Rack Street Survival School Program.
Senior also participated in the 2011 La Carrera Panamericana navigating the R.S. Motorwerks sponsored Volvo to a third place finish in the Historic A category.
